i'm on a 10 day fast my loved ones and so far my mind is becoming free of the absurd. i feel like i just smoked a bowl. i decided to go for an existential mediation approach to go deeper.

i just found this today and wanted to share the thoughts of Soren Kierkegaard
(the father of existentialism)

Søren Kierkegaard, posthumously regarded as the father of existentialism,maintained that the individual is solely responsible for giving his or her own life meaning and for living that life passionately and sincerely. in spite of many existential obstacles and distractions including despair, angst, absurdity, alienation, and boredom.
